Your collaborator in reproductive justice that centers kinship and mutual liberation.
Kamusta!
Ako si Anna.
Hi! My name is Anna (she/they) and I'm a queer Filipina careworker, community organizer, and the founder of Pocket Doula.
I support doulas, organizations, and collectives in building practices rooted in community care, mutual aid, and reproductive justice. Through mentorship, consultation, and facilitation, I help bridge the gaps we face in this work by centering relationship building, creative problem-solving, and the leadership of 2Spirit, queer, trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming BIPGM (Black, Indigenous, and People of the Global Majority) folks.
I’m honored to share space with you.
My Work is rooted in
-
Uplifting QTBIPGM birthworkers and our voices. Reimagining a future that holds us all accountable. Challenging our materials, surroundings, and practice. Our liberation is tied together.
-
Providing gender affirming, equitable, and trauma-informed care for all folks throughout our reproductive transitions. Meeting folks where they're at always and in all ways.
-
Rooted in a framework that leaves no one behind; challenging the reproductive justice pillars and looking beyond to see who is not being accounted for and putting them forward in our activism.
